You are duly summoned to attend the next Meeting of Holt Parish Council to be held at 7.30 pm on Thursday 20 April 2023 in Holt Village Hall.

1. Public Question Time. Residents are invited to give their views and question the Parish Council on issues on this agenda or raise issues for future consideration as appropriate.

2. Apologies. To receive apologies and approve reasons for absence.

3.  Declarations of Interest.

(a) Register of Interests: Councillors are reminded of the need to complete/update their register of interests.

(b) To declare any Personal Interests in items on the agenda and their nature.

(c) To declare any Prejudicial Interests in items on the agenda and their nature.

(d) Written requests for the Council to grant a dispensation (s33 of The Localism Act 2011) are to be passed to the Clerk at least 4 clear days prior to the meeting.

4. Minutes. To consider the approval of the minutes of the Meeting of Holt Parish Council held on 16 March 2023.

a) Traffic calming – update on order of new solar powered VAS and application for grant funding.

b) Replacement defibrillator purchase – update.

c) King-s coronation – update on purchase of bench to be located outside Holt Church.

c) Presentation of the accounts and signing of the Annual Return and associated paperwork.

d) Signing of paperwork to clarify positions of members of Parish Council to support bank mandate.
